Our Story
Tommy Evans made that promise when he first opened the doors of Central Coast Dive Center over 15 years ago, and it’s still true to this day. Now, CCDC is widely recognized as one of the top PADI Dive Centers in the nation, earning PADI’s “5-Star Instructor Development Center” rating.
CCDC is the only dive shop in Northern Kentucky to hold this rating, and we’re the closest PADI 5-star IDC Dive Shop to Downtown Cincinnati!

PADI is the largest scuba certifying agency in the world – over 85% of the world’s divers hold PADI certifications. PADI only awards Dive Centers with a 5-Star rating if they truly strive for long-term excellence in teaching, safety, and customer satisfaction.
